Original artwork from the estate of Budd Arthur (1928 - 2010) A U.S. Army veteran, Budd was a well known public relations executive, internationally published author, and longtime literary reviewer. He also wrote for a number of magazines and newspapers including the New York Journal and American and the Chicago Tribune.

Budd was known for his work in Western pulp fiction and grew up immersed in storytelling, influenced by his father, Burt Arthur (a fellow writer of Western novels). Budd was also involved in television and film writing, contributing scripts to various projects. His work primarily featured themes of adventure and the American West.
